1. Pursuant to the ITB Clause 8.1 and ITB Clause 8.2, the Addendum-2 is hereby issued and shall form part of the Bidding Document for Construction of Common Urban Infrastructures- Zone A, CW-02A. The following attachments shall form part of and constitute the Addendum-2:

Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL) would like to invite the interested Vehicle owners for the Vehicle Hiring Service for the following categories of Vehicle to CDCL. The vehicle hire service is required for local duty within Thimphu, Paro, Punakha & Wangdue Phordang and for field trips to project areas within Bhutan and for Long term Contract on lump sum Monthly rate for Projects for a fixed duration of one year.
